Cub Scout leader is the person who takes hold of all the major responsibilities during a Space derby event. Other than organizing the event it’s entirely a responsibility of Cub Scout leader to make cub scouts aware of the fundamentals of the game by organizing seminar and training sessions for the cub scouts. 

Despite this a Cub Scout leader gives the necessary information about how to assemble rockets so they will not break during the race, and other necessary aspects like what are the thing that one should keep in mind while constructing a rocket that could move faster on the racing track.Space derby is a game full of passion that involves rockets racing on a fishing wire; whole game is based on three tactics speed, design and superiority of rockets. Space derby is a racing event which relies on rockets in which millions of cub scouts participate every year. Game is categorized on the three basic principles, Speed, design and originality of your rocket. First one is Speed which simply means how fast your rocket can run on a fishing wire. Cub Scout Space Derby – A different world

Sports, a different kind of world where everything seems different, I remember last time when I was into space derby event with my son and crowd that was describing the popularity of the game. Let me describe how the game goes and how really it differs from other games in the series. We must have enjoyed lot of gaming events since our childhood and even now. But Space derby is about a different kind of gaming event which is based on rocket, rockets that are made up of balsa wood or plastic. We met a few of cub scouts to know more about the game how all it goes to explore what really attracts them to the game.  And to be honest experience was quite good although we haven’t been in any kind of racing event before that is based on rockets but really it is something different from other racing games Let’s discuss what we found out so far.  

Cub Scout Space Derby

It is a game where rockets run on a fishing wire and the game is basically characterized on three basic factors first one is speed which is the most important aspect of the game if your rocket is good enough at speeding then your rocket would definitely be reaching the winning spot. Another very important factor is Cub scout space derby designs i.e. how good your rocket is at designing phase, Is your rockets good enough to follow the rules of practical science or not? Is your rocket attracting the attention of spectators during the race? Last but not the least is the creativity of your rocket i.e. how good your rocket construction is.. I mean make sure it won’t break during the race. Another thing what we have seen space winder cub scouts were winding up their rockets on a great tool called space winder to enhance the speed of your rockets. In short space derby is a perfect way to spend some time in different kind of world. Really amazing!!
